Project: Chef Corbin approached me with a rudimentary website but wanted something that not only reflected his homespun charm, but also highlighted his recipes and food advice.
Solution: The redesign took a more Pinterest-style look and feel while maintaining design elements common to the Chef Corbin brand. Recipes and advice were put front and centre with images and visuals that made the experience more alive.
The website was given seasonal colour and background changes to keep it interesting.
2015 Redesign: This year, Corbin asked to refresh the website and give it a more sleek, professional look that maintained the seasonality of the previous design, while adding drama and better mobile functionality.
Corbin’s advice column was given its own section to highlight what the brand is about.
