Mark Richards is a luxury real estate brokerage in the Beaches area of Toronto. The company’s focus is on harnessing technology to help them connect with more customers online. In addition to being one of the first redesigns completed by me that was completely responsive, Mark Richards are repeat customers, refreshing their site once a year, and commissioning microsites for marketing campaigns.
The focus of the original website was design and a cool aesthetic. As the technological demands of the site evolved, more functions were added, but the need for a neat, flat navigation, with lots of points of content suggestion was the focus to keep people engaged with the site and the Mark Richards brand.
