In 2010, Planned Parenthood put out a tender for a partner to redesign the information portal Spiderbytes.ca. This portal contained thousands of pages of text-only information without a correct search system.

The redesign focused on making the information more visual, sharable, and youth-oriented. A flatter layout with more ways to access content and a special module to allow users to tweet anonymously to a dedicated twitter account and enter chat rooms with staff right from the home page allowed this project to be a success.
